Six square hot plates at 2.6 kW each give the 371152 boiling top a total connected load of 21.6 kW. All plates share the same 230×230 mm footprint, so the full 1200 mm width of the unit becomes uniform cooking space.

On board, that power and footprint sit inside a 1200×730 mm plan area, with an 850 mm working height. For a galley line laid out on 900XP depth, those dimensions let this range drop into a standard cut-out while leaving enough passage space in front for service on a working deck. Shipping dimensions of 1300×820×1180 mm and a gross weight of 145 kg matter at the yard stage, because they dictate crate handling and the route into the galley.

The oven below the top plates has an internal cavity of 540 mm width, 650 mm depth and 300 mm height. That volume is suited to standard production trays and shallow roasting work rather than very tall stockpots. Net appliance weight is 50 kg, so once installed and fixed, the load on the deck is modest for a combined top-and-oven unit of this width.

Supply is 400 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz. That flexibility means the same range can be designed into systems that follow a 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical standard without reselecting the model, provided the distribution and protection are sized for 21.6 kW. The certification group is listed as N7CE1, which is the reference point technical departments will need when aligning the range with project documentation and conformity records.

Flush-fitting side edges are more than a visual detail. In a line-up of 900XP modules they remove soil traps between units and simplify compliance with hygiene inspections, because there are no open joints to seal on site. The Scotch-Brite finish on the exterior panels is set up for regular cleaning without showing every mark, which is important in an open galley or serving area where equipment is in view of crew or passengers.

This configuration is the right choice where a line needs six electric plates and an integrated oven in a single 1200 mm module, and where the vessel’s electrical system already provides 400 V three-phase at either 50 or 60 Hz. It is less suitable where deck space is constrained to shorter modules, or where the menu does not justify six plates and a full-width oven, in which case a narrower top or separate oven may be a better fit.
