A small selection for boats with an AC supply

The boat selection is 95 products, about a ninth of the catalogue, and it is aimed at smaller commercial craft and charter boats that carry a generator or run on shore power. None of it runs on a 12 V or 24 V DC supply. The smallest electrical load on the page is 1 kW and the largest 20 kW, so a boat that cannot support that range on AC is outside what this catalogue offers.
400 V is the most common voltage named on the page, with a group at 230 V and a smaller number of 440 V builds, and 60 Hz is named more often than 50 Hz.

CounterSL, Little Giants and induction

Three product groups make up most of the page. MKN's CounterSL line brings griddles, fryers, induction tables, bain-maries and work tables in narrow bodies, with work tables from 200 mm wide. Miele's Little Giants washers and dryers take 6 to 8 kg loads in machines 596 to 606 mm wide. Electrolux Professional adds thermaline 90 induction tops and woks, two high-speed cookers, six undercounter dishwashers and a glasswasher.

Cooking without a combi oven line

The only ovens mapped to boats are the three Junior combi steamers, 550 mm wide at 5.2 kW. The rest of the cooking is done on flat surfaces and wells: induction tables and tops, griddle plates, fryers and wok positions.
For a boat galley that keeps the connected load spread across several smaller positions rather than concentrated in one large appliance, and most of the cooking bodies on the page are 700 mm deep.

Laundry and dishwashing on a small footprint

The Little Giants machines are the only laundry on this page: 16 washers and 14 dryers, with 6 of the dryers heat-pump models that need no exhaust. A heat-pump dryer trades the exhaust duct for a condensate drain, which on a small hull usually means one fewer penetration.
Dishwashing is limited to the undercounter machines and a 460 mm glasswasher, so a boat with a larger dishwashing load will not find a rack machine here.

Where the Yacht page fits better

Refrigeration, boiling kettles, bratt pans, rotary ironers, washer-dryer stacks and neutral base units are not mapped to boats at all, and neither is any combi oven larger than the Junior.
