Seven hundred and five millimetres of cooking width on a 598 mm deep surface is the working area the 391364 brings into an 800 mm module. With an external height of 250 mm it forms a low top section in a 900XP block, giving a full-size grill without lifting the cooking plane excessively above adjacent equipment.

On board, the 800 × 930 mm footprint needs to be allowed for in the cooking line drawing and in the ventilation calculation. A 930 mm external depth projects further into the galley than a shallower range, so clear passage widths and the position of front rails need to be checked on the layout, especially where the line runs opposite another bank of equipment. At 85 kg net weight the deck, plinth or base frame under the grill must be specified to carry that load in service without distortion.

The supply rating of 400 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz means the grill will operate on a three‑phase 400 V system at either 50 Hz or 60 Hz. For a vessel built or refitted around this voltage, that avoids the need to introduce a different level on the distribution for a single top module. It also simplifies coordination with protective devices and cabling already sized for 400 V galley loads.

The difference between the external and cooking dimensions matters in use. The 391364 offers a 705 mm wide by 598 mm deep active area within an 800 mm by 930 mm body, so there is less dead perimeter compared with modules where the plate is set back from the edges. That gives more of the footprint over to productive grilling surface, and leaves only a narrow border in which soil can collect. The 250 mm body height also keeps the centre of mass low when the top is mounted on a cupboard or bridge frame that is fixed to the deck.

Flush-fitting side edges allow this 900XP module to sit hard against its neighbours without visible gaps, which removes the dirt traps that appear between misaligned frames. Stainless steel splash guards define the cooking area and help keep fat and liquids on the plate rather than onto nearby tops or decks.

This unit is a good fit where the galley design already specifies 900XP modules and there is a clear requirement for a dedicated 800 mm grilling section running on a 400 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz supply. It is the wrong choice in a small pantry or servery where the 800 × 930 mm footprint and 85 kg mass would be under‑used; in that case a smaller-width top or a multi-function plate leaves more deck area and structural capacity for other appliances.
