MKN Electric Griddle Plate 1221131 – Smooth, Ribbed, CounterSL

An 800 x 700 x 270 mm corpus carrying a 705 x 545 mm plate is a lot of grilling area in a low counter module, and that is what defines the MKN 1221131. The single work zone gives one continuous smooth and ribbed surface, so one unit can cover both flat grilling and marked searing without breaking the counter run.

On a vessel, that 270 mm height aligns this CounterSL body with low-front cooking counters and servery lines rather than a tall main range. It lets the appliance sit into a counter while keeping sightlines over the top, which matters in buffet and open-kitchen layouts. The 800 x 700 mm footprint is compact enough to drop into tight bar galleys or deck bars where depth on the stainless worktop is limited and every millimetre has to be accounted for in the furniture drawings.

The electrical rating is 10.8 kW on a 400 V supply. That figure needs to appear early in any load schedule, because front-cooking areas often compete with refrigeration, coffee systems and display equipment on the same sub-distribution board.
