MKN Electric Griddle Plate 2021126 – Smooth, Optima 850

A 500 x 540 mm smooth plate on a 600 x 850 mm body defines the working face of the MKN 2021126 griddle in the Optima 850 line. One work zone and 7.2 kW of connected load give a compact but focused frying area for a main galley or a satellite cooking station.

On board, the 600 x 850 mm footprint and 700 mm height matter as much as the power rating. Optima 850 modules are intended to sit in a continuous line, so this griddle can be planned alongside other 850 mm-deep appliances without overhangs that collect spills or obstruct cleaning. The 7.2 kW electrical load at 400 V needs to be counted into the galley distribution board and HVAC calculation, because energy not going into the food ends up in the room and onto the chilled-water plant.

It is not the ideal module where multiple products with very different contact temperatures need to be cooked side by side; in that case, separate zones or additional bodies should be considered.
