It is the wrong choice for very small galleys or pantries that only have single-phase power available, or where the menu does not justify two independently controlled heating zones and a griddle in this power class. In those situations a simpler, lower-load plate or a different cooking method will usually integrate more easily into the electrical and ventilation design.
