MKN Grill Unit 10018661 – Optima 850

Two work zones, each with a 320 x 510 mm working surface, and a 20 kW gas rating set the scale of this Optima 850 grill module. With an 800 x 850 x 700 mm body, it occupies a single Optima 850 section while still offering two independently managed grilling areas.

On board, the 20 kW gas power is part of the line’s overall load calculation as much as it is a cooking figure.
