MKN Grill Unit 2121501 – Electric, Optima 700

Seven kilowatts focused into a single grilling zone gives the MKN 2121501 enough capacity for a dedicated grill point without taking more space than necessary on the cooking line. The 700 mm depth ties directly into the Optima 700 corpus, so this grill can sit flush in a 700 mm-deep block without steps that trap grease or complicate cleaning. In a shipboard galley where routes past the cooking line are narrow and equipment is often sealed to plinths to meet hygiene expectations, keeping to the 600 x 700 mm footprint eases compliance with the spacing and cleaning-access rules that apply between deck, bulkhead and equipment fronts. In those cases, a larger body or multiple modules in the same line would be the more appropriate route.
