Four hundred millimetres of line space turns into a 345 × 598 mm grilling area on the 391368 electric grill top. With a 930 mm depth and 250 mm body height, it is a low-profile but deep 900XP module that fills a narrow position with a full-sized cooking surface.

On a ship the electrical cooking block is normally tied to a single distribution board, and this grill is specified for a 440 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz supply. That matches marine-coded 900XP equipment and lets it sit in the same panel schedule without special feeds or non-standard breakers. The 930 mm depth matches the 900XP pattern, so the front edge and the service void behind the line stay aligned when this unit is dropped into an existing run.

Net weight is 52 kg at 400 mm width, so the load is concentrated. For a designer working with cantilever consoles or a light plinth, that figure is part of the structural check rather than an afterthought, because a grill is a working surface that sees pans moved, pressed and scraped over time. The 345 mm cooking width allows a small but usable run of portions or a defined contact-grilling zone without taking more than one 400 mm slot in the layout. At 598 mm front-to-back on the plate, the active area uses most of the available depth, so there is little wasted footprint.

Construction is in AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel, with Scotch-Brite finished exterior panels. That keeps material compatibility consistent with the wider 900XP series and gives a uniform surface character along the suite, which matters when cleaning teams are working to a fixed regime. Flush-fitting side edges mean the 391368 can be pushed tight to adjacent 900XP modules for a gap-free installation. That reduces soil traps between units and lets scrapers and cleaning pads run straight across the joint line instead of dropping into seams. Stainless steel splash guards frame the cooking surface and keep fat and debris on the plate area instead of on neighbouring tops or into open joints.

The 250 mm body height is relevant in tight galleys where deckhead clearance and sightlines over the line are constrained. It allows the grill to sit over open base cupboards or neutral elements from the same series without raising the working height beyond the surrounding appliances. The 930 mm depth still leaves enough room for rear service access where the galley plan has a corridor or duct behind the block.

This unit is a good fit where a single 400 mm position in a 900XP electric line needs to be dedicated to grilling, for example to add a defined searing zone alongside other tops. It is the wrong choice where the menu or service pattern demands a very large grilling area or multiple grill zones, because the 345 mm wide, 598 mm deep surface and 400 mm module width limit throughput. In those cases a wider grill body in the same family, or a different equipment type entirely, should be specified instead.
