9.9 kW installed power on a 752 x 755 mm footprint defines the 504264 as a compact but high-duty hood type dishwasher. A 24 litre tank and 12 litre boiler sit behind that rating, sized to support three selectable cycles at controlled wash and rinse temperatures.

On board, the electrical and water figures decide where a warewasher fits as much as the physical size. This unit is specified at 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz, so it suits galleys designed around that supply pattern; on a vessel with different distribution, a transformer or a different model has to be considered at design stage. Inlet water can be anywhere between 10 and 65 °C at 0.5–7 bar, which gives the yard freedom to connect it into an existing potable loop without a dedicated booster set, provided the pressure and temperature sit within that band. Noise is quoted below 63 dBA, which matters in a combined prep and wash area where people are working close to the machine.

The wash tank holds 24 litres, heated by 3 kW of elements, while the 12 litre boiler is carried by a 9 kW element to maintain an 84 °C rinse. Wash temperature is declared at 75 °C and is NSF/ANSI 3 compliant, so the sanitising step is defined by the machine rather than left to operator judgement. Three cycles are available; in practice that means one programme can be reserved for lightly soiled items and another for heavier cookware, with a third used for recovery between services. The drain line is 20.5 mm, and a built-in drain pump moves the waste water, which simplifies installation where the scupper or floor drain cannot be set below the machine.

Latent and sensible heat loads come out at 500 W and 2000 W respectively. Those figures belong in the HVAC calculation, because in an enclosed scullery the 2 kW of sensible load is effectively extra heat for the air-conditioning plant to remove. At 1567 mm high and with a shipping volume of 1.23 m³, access routes and lift capacities should be checked early in a refit; net weight is 117 kg, with 139 kg quoted gross for handling and logistics.

This is the right choice where a galley washes in batches through a single hood, needs NSF/ANSI 3 compliant wash temperatures at 75 °C and 84 °C, and has a 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz supply readily available. It is the wrong choice for a wash-up area designed around continuous conveyor flow, where a rack type machine with higher rack-per-hour throughput and line layout options will fit the pattern better.
