This configuration is appropriate where a 600 mm under-counter niche is available, the warewashing load fits around 15 baskets per hour, and 17.5 litres per cycle aligns with the vessel’s water-making and waste capacity. It is the wrong choice where an active drying stage is mandatory by procedure, or where the electrical system cannot provide an AC 230V 50HZ, 16 A circuit at 3.4 kW connected load.
