On board, that concentration of power into a small plan area matters where the galley is already framed around Optima 850 modules and there is limited deck length left for additional cooking points. The 400 mm width allows this table to slot into narrow runs or end a battery without reshuffling larger ranges, and the 400 V supply aligns with typical marine switchboard practice so the unit can be fed from the existing galley distribution. At 67 kg net weight and 73 kg gross, handling and anchoring are still straightforward for a single module during installation.

The table sits in the Optima 850 series, so the 850 mm depth ties it in mechanically and visually with the rest of the line. With one work zone rated at 3.6 kW, the two heating zones together deliver the stated 7.2 kW electrical power, giving enough headroom for boiling and searing work without oversizing the connected load. The 320 x 705 mm cooking surface is specified against that power, so the energy is focused where the pan base actually sits rather than spread over unused plate.

The published dimensions also feed straight into layout and HVAC calculations. A 400 x 850 mm footprint leaves more surrounding space for service runs and cleaning access than wider bodies in the same depth class, and the 700 mm height keeps the top at a conventional working level relative to surrounding counters and appliances.
