Material specification is stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) throughout. This is the standard austenitic kitchen grade that gives a smooth, cleanable surface and visual compatibility with other MKN stainless furniture. For a buffet or snack counter application, that consistency matters when several 400 x 700 mm modules are placed side by side and the client expects a continuous stainless appearance across the full run.
