Electrolux Professional Dishwasher Zone Module 535135 – Medium hot air blower zone without door for Dual Rinse Rack Type dishwasher

Four point four kilowatts of installed power in a 560 mm wide body defines the Electrolux 535135 hot air blower zone. At 1130 mm high and 795 mm deep, it is dimensioned to sit in line with a dual rinse rack type dishwasher and provide a medium hot air zone without adding a door, so racks move continuously through the section while being dried.

On board, a dedicated hot air zone is about getting ware back into service dry without a manual wiping step. Where the main rack machine is handling plates, glasses and GN pans at pace, relying on ambient air in the scullery often leaves drops on flatware and plastics when the racks are turned around quickly. A controlled 4.4 kW blower zone downstream of the rinse gives the line a predictable drying section fed from the same 400 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz supply pattern as the warewasher. The quoted noise level below 62 dBA helps in compact wash-up rooms where crew may be sorting racks and waste alongside the machine for extended periods.

From a layout perspective, the 560 mm width and 795 mm depth are the figures the galley designer works around. They set the extra line length required between the main machine and any downstream tabling, and they also drive clearance to bulkheads and adjacent equipment. At 1130 mm overall height, with a shipping height of 1310 mm, access routes from the quay to the galley need checking against the 1310 mm dimension to avoid surprises at door frames or stair turns. Shipping width and depth of 920 mm and 610 mm, with a shipping volume of 0.74 m³, let the yard plan crating and handling.

The electrical loading is straightforward but not negligible. Default installed power is 4.4 kW on a 400 V/3 ph/50/60 Hz feed, so the switchboard section serving the dishwashing line has to be sized for that margin in addition to the main rack machine and any pre-wash or drying zones. Net weight is 52 kg and shipping weight 62 kg, so once the unit is in position it needs to be secured to its base or plinth as part of the installation, rather than treated as loose equipment.

This module is the right addition where the dual rinse rack type dishwasher is running close to capacity and exit ware is expected to go straight back into service or into closed storage, so residual moisture is a real operational problem. It is the wrong choice for a scullery that only washes in small batches and can leave racks to dry on shelving, because in that case the 4.4 kW electrical demand and the 560 mm of extra line length will not deliver enough benefit to justify the space and load.
