9.9 kW of installed power on a 400 V/3 ph/60 Hz supply puts the 506060 squarely in the marine hood-type class, but with a relatively compact 746 x 755 mm footprint. At 1549 mm hood-down height and 106 kg net weight it is straightforward to position on a raised plinth or deck frame without overloading lighter galley structures.

On board, the significance of the electrical and hydraulic figures is practical: this machine can be tied into a 400 V/3 ph/60 Hz galley distribution without needing a dedicated high-capacity feeder, and it will accept inlet water between 10 and 65 °C at 0.5–7 bar. That range gives some freedom to use preheated water from a central system or take directly from the cold potable main, which matters where fresh water is produced and stored at varying temperatures. With a 20.5 mm drain line size, the waste connection is also modest, easing integration into existing scupper or grey-water headers.

The 24 litre wash tank is heated by 3 kW of elements, while the 12 litre boiler carries 9 kW. That ratio reflects the duty: the tank holds temperature for the three available cycles, and the boiler has to recover quickly to sustain an 84 °C rinse. Wash temperature is specified at 75 °C to NSF/ANSI 3 compliant level, with the separate 84 °C rinse temperature securing the sanitizing step. The published “0 / 2” litres per cycle figure for water consumption indicates the low per-cycle rinse draw that green&clean machines are specified around; in planning terms, this keeps the load on the vessel’s fresh-water production in a predictable band rather than a broad estimate.

Latent heat emission is quoted at 500 W with 2000 W of sensible heat. These numbers belong in the HVAC calculation: even a smaller hood machine like this contributes to the galley’s cooling and dehumidification load, and in a tight, enclosed wash-up area the 2 kW of sensible heat will be felt if not extracted. Noise is specified below 68 dBA, which is a factor for open galley or combined prep/wash areas where warewashing runs during service and crew are working in the same acoustic space.
