Throughput on the 535126 is defined in three figures: 150 racks or 2,700 dishes per hour at maximum speed, 114 racks or 2,052 dishes at medium speed, and 82 racks or 1,476 dishes per hour at EN 17735-compliant speed. That spread shows how much capacity is actually available once contact-time standards and soil load are taken into account.

On board, wash-up is as much about utilities as plates. This machine is supplied at 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz with a default installed power of 42 kW, including 20 kW of boiler heating elements, and can be limited down to a minimum electrical power of 22 kW. A vessel that already has heavy galley loads on one distribution board will need that figure checked against spare capacity. Rinse water consumption is 180 l/h, and the peak rate of drain flow is 1.8 l/s through a 50 mm line, so scupper capacity and grey-water routing belong in the layout discussion rather than left to the fitter on site.

The wash tank holds 70 l of water, with the wash temperature controlled between 71 and 76 °C. Inlet water for both wash and rinse is specified at 50–65 °C, with supply pressure between 1.5 and 6 bar and hardness in the 5–8 °fH (2.8–4.5 °dH) range. Final rinse temperature is quoted up to a maximum of 86 °C. At these temperatures the latent and sensible heat released into the galley are significant: 9,100 W of latent and 3,400 W of sensible load, with 107 m³/h of air at 100% relative humidity moving at both entrance and exit. Those numbers go straight into the HVAC calculation; in a compact dish area they will drive extraction and make-up air duty.

Physically, the 535126 stands 1,320 mm wide, 925 mm deep and 1,785 mm high, with the door rising to 2,095 mm when open. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, so tray and rack selection must respect that envelope. For planning and logistics, shipping dimensions are 1,010 × 1,260 × 1,950 mm with a quoted shipping volume of 2.48 m³. Noise level is stated below 62 dBA, which matters where the dish area is open to a servery or passenger space.

This configuration suits a galley with a continuous flow of racks and a dedicated warewash zone, where 150 racks per hour at peak and 82 racks per hour at EN 17735-compliant speed can be fully used. It is the wrong choice for a small operation washing in short bursts between services, where the 42 kW installed load, 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz three-phase requirement and 1,320 mm footprint are unlikely to be justified and a smaller machine with lower power and space demands should be specified instead. The inlet water hardness window of 5–8 °fH (2.8–4.5 °dH) also means that where feed water sits outside that band, treatment has to be part of the specification; without that, this unit is not the right fit.
