Electrolux Professional Rack Type Dishwasher CC0FVX – green&clean, dual rinse rack type dishwasher with Steam abatement, 150r/h, electric, 50Hz

Throughput on the CC0FVX is defined at three rack speeds: 150 racks or 2700 dishes per hour at maximum speed, 114 racks or 2052 dishes at medium speed, and 82 racks or 1476 dishes per hour at EN 17735-compliant speed. Those figures set how many covers this machine can support and whether it runs as a peak-load line, a standards-driven sanitation step, or both.

On board, the electrical and HVAC implications matter as much as the rack count. Supply is 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz with a default installed power of 42.1 kW, including 20 kW of boiler heating elements, so the main switchboard and feeders have to be checked early in a refit. Minimum electrical power is 22.1 kW, which gives some flexibility where the distribution is constrained, but selectivity and protection still need to be sized against the 42.1 kW figure. Latent heat is quoted at 4700 W and sensible heat at 2000 W, with 565 m³/h air flow at the top exit, so the condenser load needs to be included in the galley ventilation calculation.

Rinse water consumption is 180 l/h, held across an inlet water supply pressure range of 1.5–6 bar. On a vessel producing its own water, that 180 l/h becomes a predictable part of the daily freshwater budget once the warewashing pattern is set. The wash tank holds 70 l, with wash temperature controlled between 71 and 76 °C and a maximum final rinse temperature of 86 °C, so thermal disinfection sits within a defined band. The wash pump is rated at 1.2 kW, a useful figure when grouping loads on a sub-board or when assessing the mechanical action available at the spray arms for heavy soil.

Steam abatement combined with a heat-recovery condenser changes how the CC0FVX interacts with the room compared with a simple vented hood. Air humidity at the top exit is stated as 100 / 0 % r.h. with an outlet air temperature of 26.5 °C, which describes the air that the condenser returns to the space. Where the galley sits under a tight HVAC design, those numbers determine whether the dishwasher can share a canopy or needs a dedicated exhaust and how much make-up air is required.

Physically, the footprint is 1520 mm wide and 920 mm deep, with an external height of 1903 mm rising to 2095 mm with the door open. In a constrained scullery that 2095 mm clearance can set the position, so overhead cable trays, ducts and the deckhead height have to be confirmed before locking in the layout. The charging hole is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, which fixes the usable rack envelope and whether larger utensils or trays will pass through without fouling. The peak rate of drain flow is 1.8 l/s on a 50 mm drain line, and the inlet hot water connection is G 3/4".

Inlet water for wash and rinse must sit between 50 and 65 °C with hardness in the 5–8 °fH / 2.8–4.5°dH range. If the ship’s water falls outside that hardness band, softening or blending has to be designed into the treatment plant instead of relying on operators to work around scale or corrosion issues. For the steam abatement circuit the inlet water supply temperature is specified as 5 min / 10 max °C; if that is not achievable from the chilled water or cold-service system, condenser performance and the quoted outlet conditions will not be met.

This configuration fits a galley with continuous rack flow, a 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz supply that can support 42.1 kW, and a ventilation system sized around 4700 W latent and 2000 W sensible heat at 565 m³/h. It is the wrong choice for a small operation washing in short batches with limited electrical capacity or headroom, where a hood-type dishwasher with a smaller footprint and lower installed power is easier to accommodate.
