Two hundred racks or 3,600 dishes per hour at maximum speed sets the CC0FVZ at the high end of single-tank marine conveyors. The machine holds that throughput on a 400 V/3 ph/50 Hz supply with a default installed power of 42.5 kW, and can be limited down to 22.5 kW where the shipboard electrical allowance is tighter.

On a vessel, the combination of water draw, heat rejection and exhaust handling matters as much as raw capacity. The wash tank volume is 70 litres, with rinse water specified between 50 and 65 °C and a final rinse temperature of 86 °C. Rinse water comes in at 5–8 °fH (2.8–4.5 °dH), which is a separate check with the yard or water-treatment supplier. The peak drain flow is 1.8 l/s through a 50 mm waste line, so scupper capacity and falls have to be sized to keep up. Above the machine, the steam abatement and heat-recovery condenser change the HVAC calculation: air leaves the top at 25.5 °C, with 100% relative humidity at the inlet and 0% at the exit, and the galley’s ventilation has to move 565 m³/h of that air rather than deal with a raw steam plume.

Throughput is published at three belt speeds. Maximum speed gives 200 racks per hour, or 3,600 dishes. The medium-speed setting delivers 148 racks per hour and 2,664 dishes, and the EN 17735-compliant speed is 95 racks per hour with 1,710 dishes. That spread is what the designer plans around: a ship running to the EN standard needs to schedule space and manning for 95 racks, not the 200-rack headline. The internal hydraulics behind that are a 0.37 kW pre-wash pump and a 1.2 kW wash pump feeding the 70-litre tank, with pre-wash temperature adjustable between 10 and 40 °C to suit the soil load and water conditions.

The boiler section alone draws 20 kW, which is the anchor point for the hot-water and electrical load lists. Inlet hot water arrives through a G 3/4" connection at 1.5–6 bar, and the inlet to the steam-abatement section is specified at 5–10 °C. Latent heat rejection is quoted at 4,100 W and sensible heat at 2,600 W, both of which land directly on the galley’s air-handling plant. The footprint is 2080 mm wide by 925 mm deep, with an overall height of 1908 mm, rising to 2095 mm with the door open. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, which defines the rack format and the largest ware that can pass.

This is the right unit where wash-up is a continuous, centralised process with enough deck length to take a 2080 mm line and a services package that can support 42.5 kW and 1.8 l/s to drain. It is the wrong choice for a galley washing in short peaks with limited space or a constrained electrical budget, where a hood-type or smaller rack machine with lower installed power and heat output will be easier to accommodate. Noise is quoted below 62 dBA, which may be relevant where the dishwasher sits close to open servery or preparation areas.
