Two hundred racks per hour at maximum speed and 3,600 dishes cleaned in that window set the CC0FW1 apart in the green&clean rack range. At that throughput the machine holds rinse water consumption down to 0.9 litres per rack, so capacity does not come at the cost of water load.

The unit is specified for a 440 V/3 ph/60 Hz supply, which aligns with common low-voltage shipboard systems. The 42.3 kW default installed power has to be available on the panel, or the machine must be configured down to its 22.3 kW minimum electrical power. Heat rejection is part of the HVAC design; with 5,300 W of latent and 3,400 W of sensible heat shed into the space at an air temperature of 27 °C and 100 % relative humidity at both entrance and exit, the air‑conditioning plant must be sized to carry that load away.

Rinse water is often the real constraint at sea. The CC0FW1 draws 180 litres per hour of rinse water, and at maximum speed this equates to 0.9 litres per rack. Supply conditions can vary widely onboard, so the inlet water supply pressure window is broad at 1.5–6 bar, with wash and rinse taking 50–65 °C inlet water and the pre‑wash circuit accepting 10–30 °C. Water hardness is specified at 5–8 °fH (2.8–4.5 °dH); when below 7 °fH/4 °dH special detergent and rinse aid are needed. The peak rate of drain flow is 2.5 l/s through a 50 mm drain line, a figure that needs to be checked against the scupper capacity in the pot wash and warewash area.

Internally, the machine carries a 35 litre pre‑wash tank and a 70 litre wash tank. Heating is split between pre‑wash tank heating elements at 7 kW, wash tank heating elements at 20 kW, and a boiler heating element load of 20 kW. The pre‑wash runs between 10–40 °C, the main wash holds 71–76 °C, and the final rinse reaches 86 °C. A 0.37 kW pre‑wash pump and 1.2 kW wash pump move the water through the system. Noise is quoted below 62 dBA, measured to IEC60335-2-58 annex AA, which can be relevant where the dishwasher sits close to a servery or open galley. The inlet cold water line is G 3/4".

Footprint is 1880 x 925 x 1785 mm (width x depth x height), with the height rising to 2095 mm with the door open. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, so rack and utensil size must be checked against those clear openings. Table‑to‑table distance is 1680 mm. For transportation, the depth can be reduced to 895 mm by removing the main switch button or to 797 mm by removing the control box and door handle; that can make the difference when routing the machine through narrow companionways or door openings.

This machine is the right choice where warewashing is continuous and high‑volume and where the ship can support the 42.3 kW default power, 180 litres per hour of rinse draw and 2.5 l/s drain flow. It is the wrong choice for a small galley with limited electrical capacity, marginal drainage or restricted HVAC headroom, where a hood‑type or undercounter machine would fit the space and services more realistically.
