2.5 litres of water per cycle and a 6 kW pressure boiler set the 502714 apart from many small undercounters. The machine is specified to reach 80–90 °C on the rinse from a 50 °C inlet, on a single‑phase 230 V/60 Hz supply.

On a vessel this matters because hot water is often generated centrally and distributed at a controlled temperature. With the inlet held at 50 °C, the pressure boiler only has to lift by the remaining delta to reach its 80–90 °C rinse band, which reduces both recovery time and instantaneous load on the 6.85 kW installed power. The 0–2.5 litre per cycle figure is the freshwater draw that has to be budgeted against the ship’s potable water production and waste handling.

The washing tank holds 23 litres, kept at 55–65 °C. A 2 kW tank element maintains this band while the 0.736 kW wash pump circulates water through the system, so the boiler is not carrying the wash load as well as the rinse. Boiler capacity is 12 litres, which is enough volume to stabilise rinse temperature and support consecutive cycles without long pauses, provided the inlet pressure and temperature stay within the 2–3 bar, 50 °C design window. The drain line size is 20.5 mm, so the scupper or standpipe serving the machine has to be matched to that diameter.

Externally, the unit sits at 600 mm wide, 615 mm deep and 820 mm high. That footprint allows it to go under a standard counter section in a pantry or small galley area without reworking the surrounding fabrication. Noise is quoted at 61 dBA, which is a consideration where the warewashing area is open to a serving counter or mess room; at that level it remains a background machine rather than dominating the space.

This is the right unit where the requirement is a compact, undercounter dishwasher on a 230 V/1 ph/60 Hz feed, with controlled water use at 2.5 litres per cycle and integrated chemical dosing. It is not the right choice for a main galley with continuous rack flow; there the limiting factors would be the single‑phase supply and small tank volume rather than footprint. The 50 °C inlet assumption also means it should be tied into a suitably conditioned hot water loop, not a cold feed.
