The front-loader layout offers a 370 mm door opening diameter and a 167 degree opening angle on a left-hinged door, giving clear access to the drum even when positioned close to a bulkhead. Front and fascia are stainless steel with powder-coated lotus white side panels, suited to regular wipe-down. The emission sound pressure level at the workplace is quoted as ≤70 dB(A) re 20 µPa, relevant where the laundry shares a deck with cabins or medical spaces.

A recycling rate of 95 % supports operators working to documented end-of-life and waste targets. Lloyd's Register approval states that this specific marine variant has been tested and approved for shipboard use; integration into the vessel’s electrical, ducting and ventilation systems remains an installation responsibility.

It is the wrong choice where loads are routinely well above 8 kg or where no exhaust-air discharge is possible from the laundry space; in those cases a larger-capacity machine or a different drying principle should be considered.
