The detergent empty sensor and three-dimensional imbalance monitoring help protect the machine against mis-dosing and uneven loading when the ship is moving.

This machine is a good fit where 8 kg batches and a 2~208–240 V 60 Hz supply meet the operational requirement, such as smaller vessels or distributed laundries with several compact machines. It is the wrong choice for a main laundry that must process significantly larger batches per cycle; in that case a larger-capacity washer from the same marine range should be specified.
