Spin performance is specified at 1,205 rpm with a g factor of 504. That produces residual moisture levels of 46% after a cold rinse and 42% after a hot rinse in standard cycles, dropping to 25% in the cleaning‑cloth programme. In a closed laundry this directly shortens dryer cycles downstream. Heat dissipation into the room is quoted at 6.48 MJ/h, and emission sound pressure at 65 dB(A) re 20 µPa, so HVAC and noise can be checked against the accommodation design rather than guessed. Tested operating hours are specified at 30,000, which is a maintenance‑planning horizon for a vessel running multiple shifts.

That arrangement gives flexibility where separate potable, hot and softened feeds are run in the laundry.

The PWM 912 suits vessels running frequent 12 kg hygiene‑critical loads of PPE, bedding and mop systems, and that already have a 3N AC 400 V 60 Hz supply and floor structure rated for 4,402 N. It is the wrong choice for a small craft that only produces occasional light loads, where 271 kg of machine weight, 9.6 kW connected load and 6.48 MJ/h of room heat would be hard to justify and a smaller class of washer would fit the space and duty better.
