For cleaning teams working mops and cloths, the Mops standard 60 °C programme numbers matter as much as the general cotton cycle. With a cold water connection this programme uses 234.3 l and 4.1 kWh over 61 minutes; with hot water that becomes 229 l, 1.7 kWh and 55 minutes. Residual moisture figures of 46% with a cold rinse, 42% with a hot rinse, and 25% when processing cleaning cloths set the load on the drying plant and indicate how quickly mops and cloths go back into service. Tested operating hours of 30000 put the machine into the long-duty category for vessels running multiple shifts.

The PWM 920 sits in the Benchmark series and the Performance Plus range. Construction is a front loader with stainless steel front and control panel, a right-hinged door opening 415 mm in diameter through 180 degrees, and external dimensions of 1450 × 924 × 935 mm. Gross dimensions of 1585 × 1090 × 1130 mm and a gross weight of 409 kg are the figures to use for routeing and installation. Control is via the M Touch Pro Plus system, freely programmable, with a 4-compartment detergent drawer feeding the drum. Three cold water connections, one hot water connection and two optional hard-water connections on 1/2" hoses with 3/4" unions support segregation of process water where needed.

This is the right washer where a vessel genuinely needs 20 kg capacity per machine and programme durations between 33 and 61 minutes built around published consumption figures, with residual moisture down to 42–46% so that dryers and ironers are not the bottleneck. It is the wrong choice in a compact laundry where a 19 kW, 3N AC 400V 60HZ connection, 389 kg net weight and 5755 N floor load are beyond what the space or switchboard can support, or where loads rarely approach 20 kg and a smaller machine would be run closer to its rated capacity.
