Coldline Refrigerator Master 1200 A120/2MRV – 2 glass doors, -2/+8 °C, Remote, 1,155 l

The Coldline A120/2MRV is a two glass-door refrigerator from the Master 1200 range, holding -2/+8 °C in a cabinet of 1,155 litres gross and 733 litres net. In the code A120/2MRV, A120 is the 1200 body, /2 the number of doors, M the -2/+8 °C range, R the remote refrigeration and V the glass door. As the remote version, the A120/2MRV has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 1/4" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NEK6210GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. The A120/2MRV is one of the Master codes for which Coldline lists a Master Marine solutions variant.

Construction

As supplied, the A120/2MRV comes with 6 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 6 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A120/2MRV has two self-closing doors with a 105° stop, hinged on the right, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A120/2MRV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 733 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Its magnetic triple-chamber gasket can be replaced, the handle is 2 mm AISI 304, and the AISI 304 feet adjust between 100 and 150 mm under the 2,085 mm high cabinet. Temperature, -2/+8 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Refrigeration data

The A120/2MRV has a rated cooling capacity of 668 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50-60 Hz it draws 850 W at 3.9 A, with electric defrost. No energy label is published for the remote A120/2MRV, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

The plug-in A120/2MV has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 225 kg net against 205 kg for the A120/2MRV, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A120/2MRV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. Coldline lists the A120/2MRV for 220-240 V 50-60 Hz supplies, with other special voltages available as a variant. Accessories for the A120/2MRV include 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A120/2MRV are 1,480 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 205 kg. In its packing it grows to 1,575 × 930 × 2,144 mm and 231 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
