The hidden evaporator keeps the coil out of the load space, freeing usable capacity and keeping a vulnerable component away from mechanical damage.

The control type is digital, with HACCP data logging and network connectivity for remote monitoring. For a ship under inspection regimes, that combination allows temperature records from the −2 to 10 °C band to be captured and reviewed without a manual log. The lockable full door is both a food-safety and stock-control element in shared stores.
