Coldline Refrigerator Master 1400 A140/2NRV – 2 glass doors, 0/+10 °C, Remote, 1,356 l

The Coldline A140/2NRV is a two glass-door refrigerator from the Master 1400 range, holding 0/+10 °C in a cabinet of 1,356 litres gross and 899 litres net. In the code A140/2NRV, A140 is the 1400 body, /2 the number of doors, N the 0/+10 °C range, R the remote refrigeration and V the glass door. As the remote version, the A140/2NRV has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 1/4" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NEK6210GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. Coldline offers the A140/2NRV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Construction

Coldline ships the A140/2NRV with 6 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 6 plastic coated GN 2/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A140/2NRV has two self-closing doors with a 105° stop, hinged on the right, glazed, as the V in the code shows. A 75 mm insulated single body in AISI 304 stainless steel, with galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, encloses 899 litres of storage with rounded inner corners. On the A140/2NRV the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. The A140/2NRV is run from an electronic control whose display sits flush with the panel.

Cooling and energy

Coldline gives the A140/2NRV a cooling capacity of 668 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 260 W at 1.2 A on 220-240 V 50-60 Hz; defrost is automatic off-cycle. No energy label is published for the remote A140/2NRV, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Compared with other Master codes

The plug-in A140/2NV has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 240 kg net against 235 kg for the A140/2NRV, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with solid doors as the A140/2NR, at 205 kg net against 235 kg. In the same configuration, the smaller A120/2NRV holds 1,155 litres gross in 1,480 mm width, against 1,356 litres in 1,480 mm for the A140/2NRV.

Marine version

Coldline describes its Master Marine section as made for installation on ships and on oil and floating platforms, combining Master refrigeration with the safety specifications of the marine industry. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A140/2NRV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. The remote A140/2NRV is listed for 220-240 V 50-60 Hz, and other special voltages appear among its variants. Accessories for the A140/2NRV include stainless steel GN 2/1 shelves, 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Getting it on board

External dimensions of the A140/2NRV are 1,480 × 815 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 235 kg. In its packing it grows to 1,575 × 930 × 2,144 mm and 261 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
