150 racks/2700 dishes per hour at maximum speed puts the 535127 in the main galley category rather than a pantry machine. The same conveyor can be set to 114 racks/2052 dishes or 82 racks/1476 dishes, so the design figure has to follow the hygiene standard and contact times the vessel adopts.

On board, that loading must sit inside the ship’s electrical, water and HVAC envelopes. The unit is specified for a 440 V/3 ph/60 Hz supply, which matches standard marine distribution. Default installed power is 42 kW, with 20 kW of that in the boiler heating elements; where the switchboard will not support that full draw, the spec gives a minimum electrical power of 22 kW. Inlet water pressure between 1.5 and 6 bar does not alter the stated rinse consumption, which avoids consumption drifting as other loads start and stop on the same line.

Rinse water consumption is 180 l/h. With a peak rate of drain flow of 1.8 l/s, the scupper capacity and 50 mm drain line routing need to be allowed for at the design stage. The inlet hot water line is G 3/4", with supply at 50–65 °C and hardness in the 5–8 °fH / 2.8–4.5 °dH band; staying inside that band is what keeps internal scaling manageable for ship’s staff rather than a yard visit. Inside the machine, the wash tank holds 70 l and runs at 71–76 °C wash temperature, with a maximum final rinse temperature of 86 °C.

The external shell measures 1320 mm in width, 925 mm in depth and 1785 mm in height, rising to 2095 mm with the door open. That open height needs to be checked against deckhead, ducting and cable trays before the position is fixed. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, which sets the practical limit on tray and container size if racks are to feed smoothly. For logistics, the shipping dimensions of 1006 x 1255 x 1951 mm and shipping volume of 2.46 m³ indicate what will pass through doors and lifts on the way to the wash-up room.

Heat and moisture from a conveyor washer feed directly into the galley HVAC. The 535127 sheds 9100 W of latent and 3400 W of sensible heat, with air flow at 107 m³/h at both entrance and exit at 100 % relative humidity and 45 °C air temperature. Those figures belong in the ventilation and chilled-water calculation as much as the equipment list. Noise is quoted at less than 62 dBA, which matters where the wash area is open to a serving counter or a small crew mess.

This unit is the right choice where there is a continuous flow of racks from main galley and pantries, and where the layout allows a dedicated wash-up zone built around its 1320 x 925 mm footprint and 150 racks/hour peak throughput. It is the wrong choice for small crew galleys or intermittent, batch-only wash-up, where 42 kW of installed power and 9100 W of latent plus 3400 W of sensible heat are disproportionate to the volume and harder to absorb than a simpler hood-type machine.
