Electrolux Professional Rack Type Dishwasher CC0FW0 – green&clean, dual rinse rack type dishwasher with Steam abatement, 150r/h, electric, 60Hz

Throughput on the CC0FW0 is declared at 150 racks or 2700 dishes per hour at maximum speed, dropping to 114 racks/2052 dishes at medium speed and 82 racks/1476 dishes on the EN 17735-compliant setting. That spread is what a ship’s laundry plan and manning should be built around, not just the headline 150 racks.

The machine is dimensioned for a marine main: 440 V/3 ph/60 Hz, with a default installed power of 42.1 kW and a minimum electrical draw of 22.1 kW where the switchboard is limited. That makes it a deliberate electrical load on a vessel’s 440 V system rather than something that can simply be dropped into spare capacity. The inlet pressure tolerance of 1.5–6 bar and a G 3/4" hot water connection mean the dishwasher is comparatively forgiving of variable ship water mains, which is routine on smaller plants that cycle between generators or run RO plants in batches.

The CC0FW0 adds steam abatement on top of the standard green&clean dual rinse layout. Latent heat rejection is 4700 W and sensible heat 2000 W, with exhaust air flow quoted at 565 m³/h and an exit air temperature of 26.5 °C, at 100% relative humidity in and 0% out. Those numbers land directly in the HVAC calculation: in a tight dishwashing room the ventilation designer has to accommodate 565 m³/h from the machine as a dedicated load. The heat-recovery condenser on the exhaust reduces the steam plume into the room and preconditions that air, which matters more at sea where make-up air is conditioned across a long duct run.

Hydraulically, the wash tank holds 70 l, with a 1.2 kW wash pump feeding a wash temperature band of 71–76 °C and a final rinse up to 86 °C. Inlet water for wash and rinse is specified between 50 and 65 °C, with feed hardness between 5–8 °fH or 2.8–4.5 °dH, so the ship’s water treatment regime has to sit inside that window or the machine will scale and dosing will drift. Steam abatement water has a narrower temperature band, with inlet supply stated at 5 min / 10 max °C. Waste is discharged through a 50 mm drain, with a peak drain flow of 1.8 l/s that needs to be checked against the scupper design to avoid standing water in front of the machine.

Physically the CC0FW0 occupies 1520 mm in width, 925 mm in depth and 1908 mm in height, rising to 2095 mm with the door open. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, so racks, trays and pans above that profile are out of scope. Noise is quoted at less than 62 dBA, which is relevant where the warewash area shares space with prep or pot wash.

This configuration is the right choice where the dishwash area is enclosed and the HVAC plant can make use of the 4700 W latent and 2000 W sensible heat through the built-in condenser, rather than venting an open steam plume. It is the wrong choice for an open-sided or naturally ventilated wash-up station, where the extra complexity of steam abatement brings little benefit. The hardness and inlet temperature requirements also mean vessels with highly variable water chemistry should plan for appropriate treatment alongside the machine.
