Two hundred racks or 3,600 dishes per hour at maximum speed sets the CC0FW2 at the top of the green&clean rack conveyor range. That throughput sits on a 42.5 kW installed power rating, with a 20 kW boiler and a 7 kW pre-wash tank heater to keep wash and rinse temperatures inside their specified bands.

On board, those numbers translate directly into utilities and HVAC load. Supply is 440 V/3 ph/60 Hz, matching standard marine switchboards, and the machine will operate down to a minimum electrical power of 22.5 kW where the line is constrained. Rinse water is expected at 50–65 °C, and the steam abatement system has its own 5–10 °C cold water feed; these two inlets need to be planned into the ship’s hot and cold water circuits from the outset. The machine exhausts 4,100 W of latent and 2,600 W of sensible heat, with 565 m³/h of saturated air entering and dry air leaving, so the galley’s ventilation design has to absorb that load as part of the overall air-conditioning balance.

The CC0FW2 runs three published conveyor speeds: 200 racks per hour at maximum speed, 148 racks at medium speed, and 95 racks per hour when operated to EN 17735-compliant contact times. For a vessel working under that standard, the 95-rack figure is the planning number, not the 200-rack headline. The wash tank holds 70 litres, working at 71–76 °C, with a pre-wash temperature band of 10–40 °C to strip soil before the main wash. Final rinse reaches 86 °C, with the inlet pressure held between 1.5 and 6 bar and a G 3/4" connection. Drainage is through a 50 mm line, with a peak drain flow of 1.8 l/s that has to be matched by the scupper and waste system.

Physically, the machine occupies 2,080 mm in width, 925 mm in depth and 1,908 mm in height, rising to 2,095 mm with the door open, so deckhead clearance must be checked in refits. The charging aperture is 530 mm wide by 490 mm high, which determines rack choice and any oversized utensil strategy. Noise is quoted at below 62 dBA, a factor in open galley layouts where dishwashing sits close to service counters.

The steam abatement function is specified at an air temperature of 25.5 °C with entrance air at 100% relative humidity and exit air at 0%, and it relies on the dedicated 5–10 °C water supply. That allows the unit to condense its own steam before discharge into the room, reducing visible vapour and easing the burden on local extraction where a traditional hood is difficult to route.
