On board, the combination of the 220-230 V/1 ph/60 Hz supply and ventilated operating mode simplifies integration. It lands on the light-distribution board rather than the heavy galley busbars, and the forced-air circulation helps the cabinet hold its +2 to +10 °C band when the ambient around the unit is high and staff are opening the door repeatedly. Because the external depth grows from 835 mm closed to 1480 mm with the door open, the clearance in front of the cabinet has to be allowed for in the galley layout, especially where passageways double as escape routes.

The refrigeration circuit is built around R290 with a quoted refrigeration power of 381 W at an evaporation temperature of −10 °C. That figure gives a sense of the duty available to pull product back into the +2 to +10 °C range after loading, and the 75 g refrigerant charge reflects the constraints of a hydrocarbon system in an enclosed space. Both internal panels and the visible inner liner are in stainless steel AISI 304, matching the external AISI 304 shell, so there is no transition between food zone and enclosure to trap soil.

Digital control is part of the base specification. It underpins HACCP data logging and network connectivity for remote monitoring, so temperature history can be pulled from the cabinet rather than written up by hand. For an operator running under inspection regimes or internal audit, that reduces the risk of missing or illegible records.
