On hot water those figures move to 5.9 l/kg and 118 l per load, at 0.06 kWh/kg and 1.2 kWh per cycle. ECO programme water consumption is 116 l on cold water and 114 l on hot, with corresponding energy consumptions of 2 kWh and 0.6 kWh per cycle, so the technical manager can quantify savings rather than rely on a marketing label.

Programme times allow several turns per watch in a busy laundry. A standard programme with cold water runs to 55 minutes, dropping to 44 minutes with combined cold and hot water connection. For the Mops standard 60 °C programme the running time is 61 minutes on cold water and 55 minutes on hot, with water consumption of 234.3 l and 229 l respectively and energy consumption of 4.1 kWh and 1.7 kWh. ECO programme durations are 35 minutes on cold water and 33 minutes with combined cold and hot, so the scheduler can trade cycle time against energy draw. Tested operating hours are quoted at 30000, which sets a realistic expectation for service life in continuous marine duty.

Published loading examples show where this capacity lands in practice. The PWM 920 will take 456 cloths at 22 g, 106 cotton mops at 40 cm / 190 g, 91 cotton mops at 50 cm / 220 g, 167 microfibre mops at 40 cm / 120 g, 117 microfibre mops at 50 cm / 170 g, 200 office mops at 100 g or 130 stairway mops at 150 g in a single cycle. This washer is the right choice where a central marine laundry needs a 20 kg machine with documented hygiene performance to handle significant textile, PPE and mop throughput. It is the wrong choice for pantry-level or deck utility rooms, where the 924 × 935 × 1450 mm external dimensions, 19.5 kW connected load, 35 A fuse rating, 6.48 MJ/h heat dissipation and 408 kg net weight will be out of scale with both the physical space and the available services.
