The Coldline A120/2BRV is a two glass-door freezer from the Master 1200 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 1,155 litres gross and 733 litres net. In the code A120/2BRV, A120 is the 1200 body, /2 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range, R the remote refrigeration and V the glass door. As the remote version, the A120/2BRV has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 3/8" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NT2212GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. Coldline offers the A120/2BRV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Inside the cabinet

Coldline ships the A120/2BRV with 6 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 6 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A120/2BRV has two self-closing doors with a 105° stop, hinged on the right, glazed, as the V in the code shows. The 733 litre chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners inside a single body insulated with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free material; the back, base and technical compartment are galvanized/colaminated steel. Its magnetic triple-chamber gasket can be replaced, the handle is 2 mm AISI 304, and the AISI 304 feet adjust between 100 and 150 mm under the 2,085 mm high cabinet. The A120/2BRV is run from an electronic control whose display sits flush with the panel.

Technical data

The A120/2BRV has a rated cooling capacity of 965 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50-60 Hz it draws 1,060 W at 4.9 A, with electric defrost. No energy label is published for the remote A120/2BRV, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Choosing between codes

The plug-in A120/2BV has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 240 kg net against 205 kg for the A120/2BRV, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with solid doors as the A120/2BR, at 175 kg net against 205 kg. In the same configuration, the smaller A70/1BRV holds 601 litres gross in 740 mm width and the larger A140/2BRV holds 1,356 litres gross in 1,480 mm, against 1,155 litres in 1,480 mm for the A120/2BRV.

Marine version

Coldline describes its Master Marine section as made for installation on ships and on oil and floating platforms, combining Master refrigeration with the safety specifications of the marine industry. The figures on this page are those Coldline publishes for the standard A120/2BRV; there is no separate marine data sheet, so the marine construction is confirmed with Coldline when we quote.
