Coldline Refrigerator Master 1200 A120/2NV – 2 glass doors, 0/+10 °C, Plug-in, 1,155 l

The Coldline A120/2NV is a two glass-door refrigerator from the Master 1200 range, holding 0/+10 °C in a cabinet of 1,155 litres gross and 733 litres net. In the code A120/2NV, A120 is the 1200 body, /2 the number of doors, N the 0/+10 °C range and V the glass door. The plug-in A120/2NV carries its own condensing unit, charged with 105 g of R290, GWP 3. Coldline offers the A120/2NV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Build and fittings

As supplied, the A120/2NV comes with 6 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 6 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A120/2NV has two self-closing doors with a 105° stop, hinged on the right, glazed, as the V in the code shows. The 733 litre chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners inside a single body insulated with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free material; the back, base and technical compartment are galvanized/colaminated steel. Racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the feet (adjustable from 100 to 150 mm) are AISI 304, and the triple-chamber magnetic gaskets on the A120/2NV can be replaced. An electronic controller with a flush display sets the 0/+10 °C range.

Technical data

Coldline gives the A120/2NV a cooling capacity of 533 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 260 W at 1.2 A on 220-240 V 50 Hz; defrost is automatic off-cycle. Its energy label is class D, with an energy efficiency index of 66.6, 1,208 kWh a year and 3.309 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 4.

Its remote counterpart, the A120/2NRV, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 205 kg net against 225 kg. With a solid door, as the A120/2N, published consumption falls from 1,208 to 553 kWh a year. In the same configuration, the smaller A70/1NV holds 601 litres gross in 740 mm width and the larger A140/2NV holds 1,356 litres gross in 1,480 mm, against 1,155 litres in 1,480 mm for the A120/2NV.

Marine version

According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A120/2NV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. Coldline publishes the A120/2NV at 220-240 V 50 Hz and lists a 60 Hz supply and other special voltages among its variants. Accessories for the A120/2NV include 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Getting it on board

The A120/2NV measures 1,480 mm wide, 715 mm deep and 2,085 mm high and weighs 225 kg net. Packed it is 1,575 × 930 × 2,144 mm and 251 kg, the size to check against doors, hatches and passageways on the way to the galley or provision store.
