Coldline Refrigerator Master 350 A30/1MV – 1 glass door, -2/+8 °C, Plug-in, 334 l

The Coldline A30/1MV is a single glass-door refrigerator from the Master 350 range, holding -2/+8 °C in a cabinet of 334 litres gross and 225 litres net. In the code A30/1MV, A30 is the 350 body, /1 the number of doors, M the -2/+8 °C range and V the glass door. The plug-in A30/1MV carries its own condensing unit, charged with 75 g of R290, GWP 3. Master Marine solutions appears among the variants Coldline lists for the A30/1MV.

Inside the cabinet

Standard equipment for the A30/1MV: 3 slides for GN 1/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 1/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A30/1MV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A30/1MV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 225 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the feet (adjustable from 100 to 150 mm) are AISI 304, and the triple-chamber magnetic gasket on the A30/1MV can be replaced. An electronic controller with a flush display sets the -2/+8 °C range.

Technical data

Coldline gives the A30/1MV a cooling capacity of 406 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 260 W at 1.2 A on 220-240 V 50 Hz; defrost is hot gas. Its energy label is class C, with an energy efficiency index of 42.3, 414 kWh a year and 1.134 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 4.

Choosing between codes

Its remote counterpart, the A30/1MRV, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 105 kg net against 120 kg. With a solid door, as the A30/1M, published consumption falls from 414 to 324 kWh a year. In the same configuration, the larger A50/1MV holds 417 litres gross in 630 mm, against 334 litres in 535 mm for the A30/1MV.

Marine version

According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A30/1MV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. Coldline publishes the A30/1MV at 220-240 V 50 Hz and lists a 60 Hz supply and other special voltages among its variants. Accessories for the A30/1MV include stainless steel GN 1/1 shelves, 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Size and handling

External dimensions of the A30/1MV are 535 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 120 kg. In its packing it grows to 835 × 830 × 2,145 mm and 140 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
