Coldline Freezer Master 600 A60/1BR – 1 door, -18/-22 °C, Remote, 512 l

The Coldline A60/1BR is a single-door freezer from the Master 600 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 512 litres gross and 367 litres net. In the code A60/1BR, A60 is the 600 body, /1 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range and R the remote refrigeration. As the remote version, the A60/1BR has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 3/8" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NT2180GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. Master Marine solutions appears among the variants Coldline lists for the A60/1BR.

Construction

Standard equipment for the A60/1BR: 3 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 3 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A60/1BR has a self-closing door with a 105° stop, hinged on the right. The 367 litre chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners inside a single body insulated with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free material; the back, base and technical compartment are galvanized/colaminated steel. On the A60/1BR the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. Temperature, -18/-22 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Refrigeration data

Coldline gives the A60/1BR a cooling capacity of 646 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 970 W at 4.4 A on 220-240 V 50-60 Hz; defrost is electric. No energy label is published for the remote A60/1BR, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Compared with other Master codes

The plug-in A60/1B has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 130 kg net against 110 kg for the A60/1BR, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with glass doors as the A60/1BRV, at 125 kg net against 110 kg. In the same configuration, the smaller A50/1BR holds 417 litres gross in 630 mm width and the larger A70/1BR holds 601 litres gross in 740 mm, against 512 litres in 740 mm for the A60/1BR.

Marine version

According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A60/1BR and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. Coldline lists the A60/1BR for 220-240 V 50-60 Hz supplies, with other special voltages available as a variant. Accessories for the A60/1BR include 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A60/1BR are 740 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 110 kg. In its packing it grows to 835 × 830 × 2,145 mm and 130 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
