Coldline Freezer Master 600 A60/1BRV – 1 glass door, -18/-22 °C, Remote, 512 l

The Coldline A60/1BRV is a single glass-door freezer from the Master 600 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 512 litres gross and 367 litres net. In the code A60/1BRV, A60 is the 600 body, /1 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range, R the remote refrigeration and V the glass door. As the remote version, the A60/1BRV has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 3/8" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NT2180GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. Coldline offers the A60/1BRV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Construction

Standard equipment for the A60/1BRV: 3 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 3 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A60/1BRV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A60/1BRV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 367 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Its magnetic triple-chamber gasket can be replaced, the handle is 2 mm AISI 304, and the AISI 304 feet adjust between 100 and 150 mm under the 2,085 mm high cabinet. An electronic controller with a flush display sets the -18/-22 °C range.

Cooling and energy

Coldline gives the A60/1BRV a cooling capacity of 646 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 1,000 W at 4.6 A on 220-240 V 50-60 Hz; defrost is electric. No energy label is published for the remote A60/1BRV, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Choosing between codes

The plug-in A60/1BV has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 145 kg net against 125 kg for the A60/1BRV, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with solid doors as the A60/1BR, at 110 kg net against 125 kg. In the same configuration, the smaller A50/1BRV holds 417 litres gross in 630 mm width and the larger A70/1BRV holds 601 litres gross in 740 mm, against 512 litres in 740 mm for the A60/1BRV.

Marine version

Coldline builds the Master Marine section for installation on ships, oil platforms and floating platforms, pairing the Master series' refrigeration with the safety specifications vessels require. The figures on this page are those Coldline publishes for the standard A60/1BRV; there is no separate marine data sheet, so the marine construction is confirmed with Coldline when we quote. Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A60/1BRV are 740 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 125 kg. In its packing it grows to 835 × 830 × 2,144 mm and 145 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
