Coldline Refrigerator Master 600 A60/1NV – 1 glass door, 0/+10 °C, Plug-in, 512 l

The Coldline A60/1NV is a single glass-door refrigerator from the Master 600 range, holding 0/+10 °C in a cabinet of 512 litres gross and 367 litres net. In the code A60/1NV, A60 is the 600 body, /1 the number of doors, N the 0/+10 °C range and V the glass door. The plug-in A60/1NV carries its own condensing unit, charged with 105 g of R290, GWP 3. Coldline offers the A60/1NV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Build and fittings

Standard equipment for the A60/1NV: 3 slides for 53x53 cm shelves, 3 plastic coated 53x53 cm shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A60/1NV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A60/1NV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 367 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the feet (adjustable from 100 to 150 mm) are AISI 304, and the triple-chamber magnetic gasket on the A60/1NV can be replaced. Temperature, 0/+10 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Technical data

The A60/1NV has a rated cooling capacity of 533 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50 Hz it draws 260 W at 1.2 A, with automatic off-cycle defrost. Its energy label is class B, with an energy efficiency index of 31.3, 380 kWh a year and 1.041 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 4.

Choosing between codes

Its remote counterpart, the A60/1NRV, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 125 kg net against 140 kg. With a solid door, as the A60/1N, published consumption falls from 380 to 358 kWh a year. In the same configuration, the smaller A50/1NV holds 417 litres gross in 630 mm width and the larger A70/1NV holds 601 litres gross in 740 mm, against 512 litres in 740 mm for the A60/1NV.

Marine version

Coldline describes its Master Marine section as made for installation on ships and on oil and floating platforms, combining Master refrigeration with the safety specifications of the marine industry. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A60/1NV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. At 220-240 V 50 Hz as published, the A60/1NV can also be ordered with a 60 Hz supply or another special voltage, both listed as variants. Accessories for the A60/1NV include 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Getting it on board

The A60/1NV measures 740 mm wide, 715 mm deep and 2,085 mm high and weighs 140 kg net. Packed it is 835 × 830 × 2,145 mm and 160 kg, the size to check against doors, hatches and passageways on the way to the galley or provision store.
