Coldline Freezer Master 650 A80/1BUR – 1 door, -18/-22 °C, Remote, 573 l

The Coldline A80/1BUR is a single-door freezer from the Master 650 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 573 litres gross and 450 litres net. In the code A80/1BUR, A80 is the 650 body, /1 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range and R the remote refrigeration. As the remote version, the A80/1BUR has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 3/8" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NT2180GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. The A80/1BUR is one of the Master codes for which Coldline lists a Master Marine solutions variant.

Construction

Coldline ships the A80/1BUR with 3 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 2/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A80/1BUR has a self-closing door with a 105° stop, hinged on the right. The 450 litre chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners inside a single body insulated with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free material; the back, base and technical compartment are galvanized/colaminated steel. On the A80/1BUR the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. Temperature, -18/-22 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Technical data

The A80/1BUR has a rated cooling capacity of 646 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50-60 Hz it draws 1,010 W at 4.6 A, with electric defrost. No energy label is published for the remote A80/1BUR, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Choosing between codes

The plug-in A80/1BU has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 145 kg net against 115 kg for the A80/1BUR, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with glass doors as the A80/1BURV, at 130 kg net against 115 kg.

Marine version
