Coldline Freezer Master 650 A80/1BURV – 1 glass door, -18/-22 °C, Remote, 573 l

The Coldline A80/1BURV is a single glass-door freezer from the Master 650 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 573 litres gross and 450 litres net. In the code A80/1BURV, A80 is the 650 body, /1 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range, R the remote refrigeration and V the glass door. As the remote version, the A80/1BURV has no condensing unit of its own: it connects to one sited elsewhere through Ø 3/8" delivery and Ø 3/8" suction pipes and runs on R452a, GWP 2,141. Coldline pairs it with the NT2180GK remote condensing unit in its accessory list. Coldline offers the A80/1BURV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Build and fittings

As supplied, the A80/1BURV comes with 3 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 2/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A80/1BURV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A80/1BURV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 450 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the feet (adjustable from 100 to 150 mm) are AISI 304, and the triple-chamber magnetic gasket on the A80/1BURV can be replaced. Temperature, -18/-22 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Refrigeration data

The A80/1BURV has a rated cooling capacity of 751 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50-60 Hz it draws 1,060 W at 4.9 A, with electric defrost. No energy label is published for the remote A80/1BURV, whose consumption depends on the condensing unit it is paired with; a solenoid valve is supplied as standard.

Compared with other Master codes

The plug-in A80/1BUV has the same temperature range but carries its own R290 unit: it weighs 160 kg net against 130 kg for the A80/1BURV, and is listed at 220-240 V 50 Hz instead of 220-240 V 50-60 Hz. The same cabinet is also listed with solid doors as the A80/1BUR, at 115 kg net against 130 kg.

Marine version

According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. Coldline does not publish a separate data sheet for the marine build, so the data here is for the standard A80/1BURV and the marine specification is agreed with Coldline at quotation. Coldline lists the A80/1BURV for 220-240 V 50-60 Hz supplies, with other special voltages available as a variant. Accessories for the A80/1BURV include stainless steel GN 2/1 shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A80/1BURV are 810 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 130 kg. In its packing it grows to 905 × 830 × 2,138 mm and 150 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
