Coldline Refrigerator Master 700 A70/1NV – 1 glass door, 0/+10 °C, Plug-in, 601 l

The Coldline A70/1NV is a single glass-door refrigerator from the Master 700 range, holding 0/+10 °C in a cabinet of 601 litres gross and 450 litres net. In the code A70/1NV, A70 is the 700 body, /1 the number of doors, N the 0/+10 °C range and V the glass door. The plug-in A70/1NV carries its own condensing unit, charged with 105 g of R290, GWP 3. Master Marine solutions appears among the variants Coldline lists for the A70/1NV.

Build and fittings

Standard equipment for the A70/1NV: 3 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 2/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A70/1NV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. Inside and out the A70/1NV is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 450 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. On the A70/1NV the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. An electronic controller with a flush display sets the 0/+10 °C range.

Refrigeration data

Coldline gives the A70/1NV a cooling capacity of 533 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C) and a total rate of 260 W at 1.2 A on 220-240 V 50 Hz; defrost is automatic off-cycle. Its energy label is class B, with an energy efficiency index of 28.3, 381 kWh a year and 1.043 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 4.

Choosing between codes

Its remote counterpart, the A70/1NRV, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 135 kg net against 150 kg. With a solid door, as the A70/1N, published consumption falls from 381 to 327 kWh a year. In the same configuration, the smaller A60/1NV holds 512 litres gross in 740 mm width and the larger A120/2NV holds 1,155 litres gross in 1,480 mm, against 601 litres in 740 mm for the A70/1NV.

Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A70/1NV are 740 × 815 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 150 kg. In its packing it grows to 835 × 930 × 2,145 mm and 170 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
