Hoshizaki Cube Ice Maker IM-45CA Overview
Hoshizaki rates the IM-45CA at 44 kg of cubes a day at 21 °C ambient and 15 °C water. In a cooler space that rises to 45 kg; in a hot galley at 32 °C it falls to 35 kg. Ice is held in the machine, 15 kg (bin control setting about 8 kg). That middle figure is about 1.8 kg an hour.
