The Hoshizaki FM-480AWKE-R452-SB is a modular water-cooled flake ice maker producing up to 420 kg of flake ice in 24 hours. As a modular head it has no bin of its own and sits on a separate storage bin: Hoshizaki pairs the FM-480AWKE-R452-SB with the B-140SB, B-210SB, B-340SB; top kits: TK-30 for B-140SB, B-210SB, B340SB (optional, not required), TK-8D for B-210SB, TK-8D + TK18D for B-340SB.
