The Hoshizaki FM-1000AKE-R452N-SB is a modular air-cooled nugget ice maker producing up to 860 kg of nugget ice in 24 hours. As a modular head it has no bin of its own and sits on a separate storage bin: Hoshizaki pairs the FM-1000AKE-R452N-SB with the B-210SB, B-340SB; top kits: TK-18D for B-340SB, TK-30 for B-210SB (optional, not required), TK-48 for B-340SB (optional, not required).
