The Hoshizaki FM-1800ALKE-R452N-SB is a modular remote-condenser nugget ice maker producing up to 1,590 kg of nugget ice in 24 hours. As a modular head it has no bin of its own and sits on a separate storage bin: Hoshizaki pairs the FM-1800ALKE-R452N-SB with the B-340SB; top kits: TK-48 for B-340SB (optional, not required), TK-FM1800 for B-340SB.
