Coldline Freezer Master 350 A30/1BV – 1 glass door, -18/-22 °C, Plug-in, 334 l

The Coldline A30/1BV is a single glass-door freezer from the Master 350 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 334 litres gross and 225 litres net. In the code A30/1BV, A30 is the 350 body, /1 the number of doors, B the -18/-22 °C range and V the glass door. The plug-in A30/1BV carries its own condensing unit, charged with 95 g of R290, GWP 3. Coldline offers the A30/1BV with its Master Marine solutions variant.

Build and fittings

As supplied, the A30/1BV comes with 3 slides for GN 1/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 1/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A30/1BV has a self-closing aluminium door with a 105° latch and right-hand hinges, glazed, as the V in the code shows. A 75 mm insulated single body in AISI 304 stainless steel, with galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, encloses 225 litres of storage with rounded inner corners. On the A30/1BV the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. Temperature, -18/-22 °C, is set on an electronic control with the display flush to the panel.

Technical data

The A30/1BV has a rated cooling capacity of 453 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50 Hz it draws 810 W at 3.7 A, with hot gas defrost. Its energy label is class E, with an energy efficiency index of 76.3, 1,968 kWh a year and 5.39 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 4.

Compared with other Master codes

Its remote counterpart, the A30/1BRV, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 105 kg net against 125 kg. With a solid door, as the A30/1B, published consumption falls from 1,968 to 1,006 kWh a year. In the same configuration, the larger A50/1BV holds 417 litres gross in 630 mm, against 334 litres in 535 mm for the A30/1BV.

Marine version

Coldline builds the Master Marine section for installation on ships, oil platforms and floating platforms, pairing the Master series' refrigeration with the safety specifications vessels require. What is published is the data for the standard A30/1BV. The marine build has no data sheet of its own, and we confirm its details with Coldline before an order. At 220-240 V 50 Hz as published, the A30/1BV can also be ordered with a 60 Hz supply or another special voltage, both listed as variants. Accessories for the A30/1BV include stainless steel GN 1/1 shelves, 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Dimensions and weight

External dimensions of the A30/1BV are 535 × 715 × 2,085 mm (W × D × H) and net weight is 125 kg. In its packing it grows to 835 × 830 × 2,145 mm and 145 kg, which is what has to pass the doors and hatches on the route aboard.
