Coldline Freezer Master 700 A70/1BS – 1 door, -18/-22 °C, Plug-in, 601 l

The Coldline A70/1BS is a single-door freezer from the Master 700 range, holding -18/-22 °C in a cabinet of 601 litres gross and 450 litres net. In the code A70/1BS, A70 is the 700 body, /1 the number of doors and B the -18/-22 °C range. The plug-in A70/1BS carries its own condensing unit, charged with 150 g of R290, GWP 3. Master Marine solutions appears among the variants Coldline lists for the A70/1BS.

Inside the cabinet

Standard equipment for the A70/1BS: 3 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 3 plastic coated GN 2/1 shelves, lock with key, LED lighting. The A70/1BS has a self-closing door with a 105° stop, hinged on the right. Inside and out the A70/1BS is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 450 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. On the A70/1BS the magnetic triple-chamber gaskets are replaceable, while racks, slides, the 2 mm handle and the 100/150 mm adjustable feet are AISI 304. The A70/1BS is run from an electronic control whose display sits flush with the panel.

Refrigeration data

The A70/1BS has a rated cooling capacity of 692 W (evaporating at -30 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50 Hz it draws 1,000 W at 4.6 A, with hot gas defrost. Its energy label is class D, with an energy efficiency index of 49.5, 2,919 kWh a year and 7.997 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 5.

Compared with other Master codes

Its remote counterpart, the A70/1BSR, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 125 kg net against 140 kg.

Marine version

Coldline describes its Master Marine section as made for installation on ships and on oil and floating platforms, combining Master refrigeration with the safety specifications of the marine industry. The figures on this page are those Coldline publishes for the standard A70/1BS; there is no separate marine data sheet, so the marine construction is confirmed with Coldline when we quote. At 220-240 V 50 Hz as published, the A70/1BS can also be ordered with a 60 Hz supply or another special voltage, both listed as variants.
