Coldline Fish Refrigerator Master Fish 700 A70/1P – 1 door, -6/+4 °C, Plug-in, 601 l

The Coldline A70/1P is a single-door fish refrigerator from the Master Fish 700 range, holding -6/+4 °C in a cabinet of 601 litres gross and 450 litres net. In the code A70/1P, A70 is the 700 body, /1 the number of doors and P the -6/+4 °C range. The plug-in A70/1P carries its own condensing unit, charged with 104 g of R290, GWP 3. The A70/1P is one of the Master codes for which Coldline lists a Master Marine solutions variant.

Build and fittings

As supplied, the A70/1P comes with 3 slides for GN 2/1 shelves, 6 ABS GN 1/1 pans, lock with key, LED lighting, water drain. The A70/1P has a self-closing door with a 105° stop, hinged on the right. Inside and out the A70/1P is AISI 304 stainless steel, apart from a galvanized/colaminated back, base and technical compartment, with 75 mm of CFC/HCFC-free insulation around 450 litres of storage whose corners are rounded for cleaning. Its magnetic triple-chamber gasket can be replaced, the handle is 2 mm AISI 304, and the AISI 304 feet adjust between 100 and 150 mm under the 2,085 mm high cabinet. An electronic controller with a flush display sets the -6/+4 °C range. The fish section is Coldline's answer to storing fresh fish: molluscs, crustaceans, fish slices, fillets and whole fish. In the A70/1P the ABS GN 1/1 pans sit over a water drain.

Technical data

The A70/1P has a rated cooling capacity of 533 W (evaporating at -10 °C, condensing at +55 °C). On 220-240 V 50 Hz it draws 260 W at 1.2 A, with hot gas defrost. Its energy label is class B, with an energy efficiency index of 34.1, 460 kWh a year and 1.26 kWh in 24 hours at climate class 5.

Compared with other Master codes

Its remote counterpart, the A70/1PR, moves the condensing unit out of the galley and its heat with it; it runs on R452a, is listed at 220-240 V 50-60 Hz and weighs 120 kg net against 135 kg.

Marine version

According to Coldline, the Master Marine section is intended for ships and for oil and floating platforms, where Master refrigeration is combined with marine safety specifications. What is published is the data for the standard A70/1P. The marine build has no data sheet of its own, and we confirm its details with Coldline before an order. Coldline publishes the A70/1P at 220-240 V 50 Hz and lists a 60 Hz supply and other special voltages among its variants. Accessories for the A70/1P include stainless steel GN 2/1 shelves, 150 mm stainless steel drawers, bottle shelves, castors, an RS485 serial interface and Cosmo cable or Wi-Fi kits.

Dimensions and weight

The A70/1P measures 740 mm wide, 815 mm deep and 2,085 mm high and weighs 135 kg net. Packed it is 835 × 930 × 2,145 mm and 155 kg, the size to check against doors, hatches and passageways on the way to the galley or provision store.
