Hoshizaki rates the IM-65WPE-Q at 27 kg of ball ice per day. The ice drops into a 17 kg bin inside the same water-cooled cabinet. That works out to roughly 1.1 kg an hour. An empty 17 kg bin fills in roughly 15 hours at that rate.

Keep the room around the IM-65WPE-Q between 1 and 40 °C and the incoming water between 5 and 35 °C at 0.7 to 8 bar. The water-cooled condenser suits tight, badly ventilated spaces, but the IM-65WPE-Q needs a steady supply of cooling water, around 210 liters a day in total.
