Hoshizaki Big Cube Ice Maker IM-65PE-U-LM Overview
With 45 kg of big cubes a day and a 26 kg storage bin, the IM-65PE-U-LM is a self-contained air-cooled big cube machine for bars, pantries and small galleys. Averaged out, the machine turns out about 1.9 kg an hour. At that rate the 26 kg bin takes around 14 hours to rebuild after a busy service.

Hoshizaki sells the IM-65PE in four versions, and this one, the UltraCUBE, has UV-C sanitization of the water tank. In the IM-65PE-U-LM the UV-C unit works on the tank water between regular cleanings. The same machine also comes as IM-65PE-LM (Basic Cube), IM-65PE-F-LM (FlexiCUBE) and IM-65PE-E-LM (EliteCUBE).
Technical details
